We chose The Feathers, 1853 in downtown Yuba City for a reason close to our hearts. This beauty isn’t just a venue—it’s home. We live here, we work here, we grow here. The heartbeat of this community is where our story continues, and it feels only right to say “I do” in the heart of it all.

Our Love Story
It all started in the most unexpected place—behind the counter of a candy store in the Yuba City mall. I was working one afternoon with my guitar by my side when Jake, who worked just across the way at a phone store, noticed it and struck up a conversation. Something about that moment—his curiosity, my love of music—just clicked.
From there, we started hanging out, sharing songs, laughter, and plenty of late-night jam sessions. Music brought us together, but it was the friendship, fun, and ease between us that turned something simple into something special. What started with a spark turned into a harmony we never wanted to end.
There’s been no looking back since—and on September 6th, we can’t wait to make it official with all of you there to celebrate.
Over the past six years, we’ve built more than a relationship—we’ve built a family. With our boys, our home full of laughter, and the constant love of a few sweet puppies underfoot, life has been full, rich, and real. Our days are shaped by music, hugs, messes, late-night giggles, and the kind of love that shows up every single day. This wedding isn’t the beginning—it’s a joyful milestone in a journey that’s already overflowing with memories. We can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all the people who mean so much to us.
